You do this by using your agent of choice to describe the changes you want to see to the platforms you visit.
Find yourself clicking around related videos on Youtube instead of ending your session after watching the one you intended to? Tell an agent to modify your fence to hide related videos on Youtube.
Find Reels distracting on Instagram? Tell an agent to modify your fence to remove them from the interface. While you’re at it, when visiting the feed redirect you to the linear feed instead of the algorithmic one.
